Hopkins is in Minnesota, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Hopkins follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Good guys, fair price for sure. I had a transmission issue, and despite a minor hiccup, they fixed it at no extra cost. They took care of me quicklyβI highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

Incredible experience! They fixed my canadian made Manac trailer within a day after I had a caliper locked in my brakes! They found the right replacement parts including a rotor while other shops told me it's not replaceble and i have to buy a new hub assembly and wait for 2 weeks on a special order. I am vouching this is the best repair shop in the area!

i will only take my rig to these guys whenever weβre in minneapolis!!! our travel trailer had a busted wheel barring - these guys made themselves available, worked on the emergency timeline i needed and responded to all my concerns. the price was incredibly reasonable given the urgent timeline and the type of repair. i feel much safer towing my rig again now that it has been fixed by Vortex! these guys really hustle to get things done and it shows and i am deeply appreciative of them and the work they did for me

Called them with a right bumper that needed to be reinforced. They said they could not give me a quote until they see the truck. I asked for the hourly labor rate just to know if i should bring it or not. I decided to bring it for them to see it, and let me know if it really needed a new bumper or it could be reinforced. After bringing it, they didn't answer the phone for 2 hours, and after i finally got ahold of them, they told me they already removed my bumper and ordered OEM one, which was around $1400 plus shipping plus labor... This is an insane price, after i confronted them that they didn't answer the phone, and didn't give me a quote but decided to remove my parts and order new, they said it's already done, and if i don't want the parts, i need to pay for shipping for the parts THEY ORDERED WITHOUT MY APPROVAL, and had to pay for THE LABOR TO REMOVE MY BUMPER WITHOUT MY APPROVAL! They robbed me around 400$ for this, and held the truck hostage until i paid. After i paid, they just reinforced my original bumper that they removed... Which could have been done in the begining. DO NOT TRUST!

Out truck broke down after a delivery in Minneapolis around 7:30 PM, leaving the driver stranded. I found Vortex on Google Maps and called Harry, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He said heβd do everything he could to get us serviced first thing the next morning. He even recommended a towing company to help get the truck there. Throughout the whole process, Harry kept us updated and took the time to explain the issues. We were back on the road the same day. Thank you, Vortex!
